Seems like everyday another company is out to advise but no one has any answers. We are unempolyed. We have no money to finance. We are victums of trusting crooked brokers and lenders and still you stamp stupid on our foreheads as to we need to learn how to budget. We are seeking legal counceling. We are looking either to sue or exercise our rights. But everday it's more stress. Loan modifications are either scams or no principal reduction from lender(to far under water to modify). Loan audits, we are doing that but the lender refuses to respond to them. Attorneys, they either don't know what to do because there never was much profit to be made from suing lender or they want to create a new mortgage payment to be paid to them while you sit in foreclosure. Goverment sits around for years debating what to do and the only answer is to start over with new regulation. How do you do all this budgeting when there is nothing left to budget. Get it.
